July Product Update
We’ve squashed few bugs and added some features that make the app stronger, faster and more useful to you. The updates are now live.
Mobile Office Manage allows you to:
- Save invoice without a project number
- Copy an estimate
- Export to excel in all screens
- Link purchase order to BOM list by Opp sequence
- Show Use Tax at the location level
- Show Zone at the location level
- See Sales Tax 2 report in billing screen
Mobile Service
- Added shut down checkbox to Equipment list in the Ticket Manager and Equipment form
- Added KPIs to the main screen which displays to the tech open tickets, hours of the day, and total hours of the week
- Notification: When a user submits a ticket with an equipment marked shutdown the server will automatically send an email notification to the applicable recipients.
- Shut down report: Daily report will be sent with a list of all shutdown equipment
