Each month we release improvements on Mobile Service and Mobile Office Manager. We work hard here at ESS to keep you up to date on new features/enhancements to help you navigate any issues quickly and efficiently. Here is what we have to update you with:
Mobile Office Manager
- New Assigned Ticket column in the Recurring Tickets.
- Now you can easily view generated tickets for each recurring contract.
- Reconcile your credit card statements with ease and eliminate data entry time.
- Easily import credit card statements into Add Bill screen.
- New Report Invoice with Payment in the AR Bill screen to show applied payment info.
Mobile Service
- Never miss a test! Introducing new Safety test tab in Mobile Service.
- Field workers can view, update and assign test tickets with given permissions.
- Customize your Mobile Service – you have the option to display total hours in the Service History screen. This feature can be turned on or off. By default, it is off.
