In the beginning
Back in 2003, when our president, Anita Seymour started Expert Service Solutions, she set out to solve one problem: improve communications between employers and their field service workers. Almost 15 years later, while this remains our core mandate, the company has grown to include a suite of products that help our customers better manage and automate their business processes.
This has been the hallmark of our success and one that we continue to support as the needs of the workforce moves towards a more digitally dependent and paperless future. Our corporate vision over the years have always modeled around our desire to remain agile and innovative within the changing tides of the tech world, which is why we’re pleased to announce to our current and prospective customers that we’re giving our website a brand new look.

New website, same corporate values
Our website tells our story, and we want our story to represent our corporate values and who we are as a company. We are a company that at its core is a family business built on simplicity and customer satisfaction. Our new site will be more user-friendly, easy to navigate, and full of relevant content geared to help our customers take their business to the next level.
In addition to the website, ESS will also be revamping our communications, ensuring that our existing and future customers will have visibility on what we’re working on and all the exciting changes that we’ll be making to our business.
Another change that our customers should expect is our logo. Recently, our logo got a small refresh and today we’ll be unveiling it as a sneak peek alongside our new site. In designing our new logo, we wanted to keep our current brand identity—one that we know is widely trusted by our customers. However, we did instruct our design team to give us a look that is more modern and fresh to match the new corporate culture and energy at ESS. Without further ado, here it is!
New members to the family
Along with Anita and Prat (VP, Operations), the executive team has recently welcomed Gira Desai, who will join the executive team as VP of Marketing and Sales. With over 20 years of sales and lead generation experience, Gira’s mandate will be creating a marketing strategy that supports the growth of ESS and our customers. By building our brand awareness and engaging our customer base, Gira’s ESS journey will centre around meeting the growing demands of our customers.
As a pioneer in her respective field over the last 14 years, Anita has created a framework of products for ESS that today services a diverse group of industries. With our team in place, we are ready and committed to delivering on our product roadmap and fulfilling current and future customer demands.
