In 2003, when Expert Service Solutions opened our doors for the first time, our vision was to create products that would integrate with various departments across a company and help each of those departments function, communicate and manage their resources from one platform accessible from anywhere. Over the years, Mobile Service and Mobile Office Manager have been the hallmarks of our success and ones that we will continue to support, as the needs of our clients evolve and grow.
During our time working in the technology sector, we’ve paid attention to the changing tides of the industry and have seen yesterday’s innovation, such as cloud-based mobile apps and automated systems, become today’s expectation. Keeping up with the dynamic trends of the industry is always the starting point of our product roadmap and how we’ve managed to keep our products relevant, agile and attuned to the needs of our customer.
Over the years, we’ve also realized that as a player in the technology field, we too needed to keep our story relevant. Our website tells our story, and we wanted our story to reflect the simplicity and efficiency of our products. Back at the beginning of summer, we decided that we would rebrand our website and logo to match our story, as well as the energy and innovation that lays at the heart of ESS.
It’s been a few months now that I’ve joined the ESS team as VP of Marketing and Sales and today, I’m proud to unveil the months of hard work from our marketing and executive team. We are a company that at its core is a family business built on simplicity and customer satisfaction, which is how we modeled our new website.
As of today, our website is more user-friendly and easy to navigate. We simplified our web content so that it’s easy to find and read, with a modern aesthetic that matches our products. We also added a blog section to our website, where we’ll share regular industry and product news. We’ll also use our blog, as a medium to celebrate our valued customers. Also, if you haven’t already signed up to Smart Connections, our monthly newsletter, I hope you will soon. It’s been an exciting couple of months. Anita, Pratik and I are so excited to see what the future will bring to ESS, our partners, and customers.
